Glittertind Down Jacket- Black

Glittertind Down Jacket from Holzweiler is a puffy, long down jacket made from 80% down and 20% feathers that is RDS certified. The jacket is designed with a 10K/10K waterproof DWR finish, a detachable hood and two large front pockets.

• All the down they use in the collection is from the "responsible down standard", to ensure animal welfare from farm to supplier. This standard includes that the animals are not subjected to pain, injury, fear or distress. They are raised free from hunger and thirst and are not overfed, and the feathers are not plucked from live birds.

How to care for down:

To clean your down jacket, we recommend using a gentle program in the washing machine with down soap , and then carefully squeezing out excess water before tumble-drying on low heat. Hot tip! Tumble dry with a couple of clean tennis balls as this will speed up the process and prevent lumps of fluff. During the process and when it is dried, "fluff" the down with your hands to "inflate" the jacket. If necessary, the down jacket can be air-dried and laid flat on a towel in a warm, dry place out of direct sunlight. Cleaning is not recommended. Do not iron, nor bleach.
