Collection of personal data
We store the personal data you have provided on our website, www.bogartstore.no in connection with your purchase. We also store the personal data you have provided to our employees in connection with your purchase in one of our physical stores, these are stored in Front Systems, which is Bogart's checkout system.

In order to be able to fulfill our obligations under the agreement, necessary information is provided to our partner, Bring Norge AS, who is our carrier. Information that is shared is then name, address, e-mail and telephone number. This applies if you shop in our online store.
Furthermore, we will not share, sell, transfer or in any other way disclose personal data to others, unless we are legally obliged to do so.
Deletion of personal data
Purchase history from your purchases that we have received in connection with your purchase is stored in our active customer register for 1 year.
Information that we are obliged to keep under the Bookkeeping Act will be stored for up to 5 years, in accordance with the law's requirements.
You can press STOP at any time when receiving an SMS, or "unsubscribe" when receiving an email. You will then be filtered out of our registers and will not receive further inquiries.
Rights of the data subject
We process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act and applicable regulations. Please note that you can request access to and transfer of your own personal information, as well as request correction or deletion of information.
Complaints can be made to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority about processing in breach of the rules.
We secure your personal data by both physical and virtual access and access control.
