Shipping and delivery

Bogart uses Bring as a mail supplier. We offer free shipping on all orders over NOK 1500 (except home delivery and DHL express). Otherwise, we charge NOK 50 for shipping. Orders are processed for dispatch Monday to Friday and sent by Posten at 2pm. If you shop before 2pm, the order will be sent the same day. Orders from Friday evening to Sunday will be processed the following Monday. We ship all over Norway. We reserve the right to slightly longer delivery times in periods when Bogart or Posten have a lot of traffic.

We pack as quickly as we can and aim to ship all orders received before 2pm on the same day. Orders received after 14.00 are processed the next working day.


Remember that packages must be picked up at Post in store within 7 days. You can extend the collection time to 14 days free of charge in the Posten app. If the package is not picked up and sent back to us, you will be charged an administration fee of NOK 150.

Pick up the order in our store?
 If you want to pick up your order in one of our stores (Torvgaten 5, 3110 Tønsberg or Jernbanegaten 1D, 3110 Tønsberg) you can choose Click & Collect at checkout. As soon as your order has been picked and packed, you will receive an e-mail from us that the package is ready to be picked up in store.

When can I expect my order?

  • Package in the mailbox 3-5 working days
  • Climate-neutral service package: 1-3 working days
  • Home delivery: 1-3 working days
  • DHL Express: 24-48 hours

Handling of orders
 When you place an order on Bogartstore.no, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We pack and send out goods every day from Monday to Friday. If you order during the weekend, we will process your order next Monday. If you have not received order confirmation from us, the order has not gone through.

Home delivery
We deliver the package home in the evenings 5-9pm* in cities and towns, and between 8am-5pm to other locations. You will be notified of the expected delivery day in good time, with a tracking link, by SMS or e-mail. You can change the delivery day via the tracking link. For evening deliveries, the driver calls 30-60 minutes before arrival.

*Extension or change of the time window may occur in high season. If the package cannot be delivered, it will be sent to the recipient's local Post i Butikk.

DHL Express
 DHL can deliver your order within 24-48 hours if you order before 12.00 on the same day (not weekends).
