Have you received my order?
When you place an order on bogartstore.no, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Remember to check that your contact information and email are written correctly before completing an order so that information and confirmations are sent to the correct place. It may be that your e-mail provider has a spam filter that blocks certain e-mail messages. It may therefore be a good idea to check your junk mail.

How long will it take before I receive the item in the mail?
We pack and send goods every day, and depending on what time of day you order something from us - the goods are sent the same day, or early the following day. Expected delivery time is 2-5 working days with the caveat that delivery time may vary in periods of high demand - eg: sales periods, Christmas and campaign days. Where in the country the order is to be sent can also have something to do with the delivery time.

Can I change/cancel an order that has already been placed?
If your order has not been processed and dispatched, it is possible to make changes or cancel your order by contacting customer service as soon as possible - contact us at kundeservice@bogartstore.no or call 0047333 17 702 for questions regarding changes or cancellations.
Unfortunately, orders that have already been processed, shipped and received cannot be changed.

I want to change the size of the item I bought from you, what do I do?
Goods to be returned for a refund or change of size must be sent back to us at the address:

Along with the item, you must fill out our digital "return form". On this form, you simply enter your contact information and tick off what you want us to do with the item when it arrives. For example: change size, refund the money.
Now that the item arrives at us, we process this straight away, and the item is sent back to you the same day/ the money is refunded to your account on the same account as the payment card.

Bogart AS is not responsible for shipping costs when sending returns.

I have returned goods, what do I do with my invoice at Klarna, and how do I get my money back upon return?
If you have returned goods to us, you have three options for how to handle your invoice:

  • Log in to your page at Klarna on their website, app or by email and report that the order has been returned to us, so that the payment deadline is put on hold until the return has been processed.

  • Make a note of the due date on your invoice and make sure you receive confirmation from us and Klarna by e-mail that your return has been processed before the due date.

  • Pay the invoice, then get the amount refunded from Klarna when the return is processed.

Has my order been shipped?
You will receive a receipt by email when your order has been processed and delivered to the post office. On this receipt you will also find a tracking number, so you can follow the shipment safely.

Are the prices the same on bogartstore.no as in your physical stores?
Yes, in principle, but the prices may differ in certain local campaigns in the stores and on bogartstore.no

How much is shipping on my order?
When you shop with us, we have a standard domestic shipping of NOK 79. If you shop for over NOK 1900, we cover the shipping domestic (Norway).

I want to apply for a job with you as a shop assistant in one of your stores, who do I contact?
Thats nice! We announce and make it visible when we are looking for new employees, but applications are received with great thanks - and will be taken care of until the next recruitment round! Either visit one of our departments for a chat, or send your CV and application to shop@bogartstore.no
